Apollo and Vighnaharta A3S came together in a joint venture to design and develop addressable fire alarm panels made in India for the World.

Our research and Development department is recognised by DSIR (Department of Scientific & Industrial Research) & has an independent office at Deron Heights, Baner, Pune.

Realty Automation is designing and manufacturing products for A3S (Automation & Safety, Security, Surveillance) industry for last 4-5 years. We strongly support Indian design, manufacturing & Brand. Q. In which direction RASS is moving in terms of market, technology, environment and innovations?
At "Vighnaharta A3S" we focus on A3S: Automation & Safety, Security, Surveillance Products and Solutions. Our products mainly belong to four verticals. Fire Detection Systems, Gas Detection Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and Automation & Monitoring Systems for Facility Management Industry.

Q. In terms of security, what were some of the major developments that happened in the past year?
We have launched variety of IoT sensors and gateways to allow companies build their own applications. We offer sensors for :- 

• Temperature, Humidity
• Indoor Air Quality Sensor: CO2, CO, VOC, PM2.5/10
• Occupancy sensor
• Noise / dB level Lux (Light intensity)
• Door sensor
• Garbage Bin Level Sensor
• Feedback Point

Q. Which key areas have given you a competitive advantage; and how are you leveraging emerging technologies?
M2M and IoT Technologies are integral parts of our productline. Our new series of Addressable and Conventional Fire Alarm Panels give notifications on Smartphone APP. This feature is provided by Vighnaharta probably first time in the world.

Q. Please highlight the recent milestones achieved by RASS. What's the technological innovation being brought in your line of products?
We have introduced concept of "Health Monitoring of Fire Protection Assets" called FireTweet. This is IoT based service which notifies functioning of Hydrants, Sprinklers, Fire Alarms, Gas Alarms etc.

Q. In terms of digitalisation what are the challenges you have found in India, vis-a-vis the other markets?
Awareness about safety is a main issue. Customers are more concerned about price than real safety they get. Naturally low quality products rule the market. This puts limitation on use of technology.

Q. Please provide us a snap-shot of your future road map in terms major projects in the pipeline, future expansion plans, looking at the global market, etc.?
We recently tied up with Crowcon, UK. We are offering a complete range of Industrial grade fixed and portable Gas Detectors. We look forward to growing business in Oil & Gas Sector.

Q. What are your future plans for Vision 2020?
Our future plans revolve around our Vision, which is to Provide people Freedom from Fear of loss of Life and Property. Our Mission is to make their lives Safe & Secure, To provide quality & reliable Products and Solutions and to Provide high level of customer service. We will continue to invest heavily in R&D of various Sensors used for A3S. We shall leverage emerging technologies like IoT, AI and Machine Learning.
