Q- Why is improving IT culture so important to our business, especially during post pandemic?

Especially in pandemic whole world realized the power & essentiality of IT infrastructure,  Work from home was increased tremendously & resulted in highest demand of IT products in all verticals, eventually it was observed that some of temporary settlements can be make permanent as it is beneficial for businesses.

Q- What type of initiative been taken so far? How important is environmental responsibilities to IT company? Also brief us about the "Green Theme.

CMDA is already working with multiple organization on E-waste. CMDA understands the importance of it & making sincere efforts to make substantial contribution in the same. 

Q-  How did the organization help its members/ dealers to grow? What are the key indicators by which you measure their impact?

Business to business culture growth is prime moto of CMDA. We are organizing no of training sessions, seminars along with exhibition & arranging meetings with Vendors /ND/RD with dealers.

Q- Share an experience in which you successfully taught a difficult principle or concept. How were you able to be successful?

The power of association was experienced when we have faced challenge of online trade against our traditional. CMDA have taken the initiative with national level associations like FAIITA. We are offering training of digital marketing, online platform of association & other solutions like this. same has helped our members to come out of fear of online competition & work accordingly to growth of their own businesses.

 Q- What are the benefits for IT vendors and manufacturers participating in the event to exhibit? What makes CMDA IT EXPO different from other events?

First of all its 24th edition of CMDA’s journey of 27 years .3000 dealers are invited for expo & it gives immense opportunity to vendors to grow their business in all verticals. Its an only exhibition in rest all Maharashtra on such big scale of B2B. 

Q- What changes do you expect to see the role of IT Company over the next five years? 

Lot is changing, cloud base solutions are emerging fast , IOT & AI will be necessity in all verticals , all IT dealers needs to adopt this to remain in competition.

 Q- What key role you shall play to enhance to all the IT dealers for the slogan  “MAKE IN INDIA”   by our Prime Minister?

CMDA strongly believes the importance of make in India & encouraging concern manufacturers to come ahead & spread their concepts & products in market with the strong IT dealers network of CMDA Pune, which contains 400 members. 

 Q- WHAT ADVICE DOES ORGANIZATION WOULD GIVE TO A YOUNG PERSON WHO IS CONSIDERING A CAREER IN THE INDUSTRY, OR WHO IS JUST STARTING OUT?

The answer is in this year slogan of CMDA Pune IT expo :- “Reset & upgrade your tomorrow” , through which we want to convey the message that do not be upset because of setback due to covid , reset all your skills & upgrade with latest technologies . This will help for an prosperous future & CMDA is there to help you .
