We Joseph Leslie are a highly appreciated brand in the industrial safety products since 1933. I am not only proud to continue our legacy of over 80 years in this segment but the fact that we have been a premier company to have worked with international brands and their compliance, bringing global safety to India, long before they arrived at the Indian Ports.

The reason our customers have trusted us over the years is the policy of “no-compromise” on quality and commitment. In this century, just as, these characteristics are regarded as the minimum deliverable requirements, we are proud to say that these form as the “founding pillars of our company”, every development in the company happens around them.

The wide range of products that we cover are Head to Toe Protection (Head, Face, Hearing, Body, Hands and Foot Protection), Specialized kits for Ammonia/ Chlorine Handling, Burnfree Products, Flame and Heat Retardant suits, Specialized Intrinsically Safe Torches & Cap Lamps, Manual Resuscitators and Fire Fighting Vehicles.

In our recent endeavor, we are in pursuit of acquiring our NIOSH certification where we see tremendous amount of work to be done, in terms of spreading knowledge to our customers and bringing them the right product, it all has to happen. It would not only require work at the front end of Team Joseph Leslie but has also taken up a lot of energy in developing the 510K equipped clean room to manufacture this type of product, the ISO 13485 quality management systems which are simply overlooked at the moment by manufacturers, are an example of businesses taking advantage of our customers innocence. We are in the business of saving lives and at Joseph Leslie, every team member takes a vow to do the best they can when it comes to “Innovation at Work”

It is the customers who are at the focal point of all our decision matters within the company, thus our objective is to always ensure that maximum benefit is given to our customers. In lieu of the same, we took up the responsibility of manufacturing critical safety products under the Leslico brand, HEFH (Head, Eye, Hearing and Face protection) and Respiratory protection. We are also working on revolutionary products that would change the way things are done in the industry, our recent exploration into Cap Lamps will bring smiles on many millions of our mining friends and colleagues.

Many companies have entered in the business of Personal Safety since our inception, indeed this being an attractive market with a CAGR of 6.7% and continued growth until 2025, not only gives an opportunity for customers to have options but also to test and try products against ours, decade over decade it has only been proven that the quality delivered by “Leslico” has always been consistent and we intent to keep this message intact, no matter how difficult the situations.

The last couple of years have been difficult for every one of us but I would applaud the courage and commitment of my team at Joseph Leslie who have been relentlessly working in the wake of this pandemic and continue to give their best efforts by being there for our customers everyday
