• Can you talk about any of your recently introduced software products?

We recently introduced BioTime Cloud 2.0, a Cloud-based Smart Attendance Management Platform designed for organizations across all industries. It tracks employee work hours via biometric devices or our mobile app. Integrated with Amazon Web Services (AWS), it ensures stable, fast and secure data transmission, making it an essential tool for efficient workforce management and improving employee performance.

With BioTime Cloud 2.0, multiple administrators can access the platform from anywhere using a web browser. It can seamlessly manage thousands of devices, tens of thousands of employees and their records. This cost-effective yet highly convenient platform offers intuitive features and effective implementation. As powered by AWS, BioTime Cloud 2.0 adheres to robust cybersecurity protocols. All data is protected by high AWS standards, ensuring the availability, confidentiality and end-to-end privacy of user data. 

The BioTime Cloud 2.0 App enables employees to record their attendance anywhere within designated boundaries, which is ideal for remote employees or staff members who perform field visits regularly. The app connects directly to BioTime Cloud Platform, allowing users to punch in and out via their smart devices (iOS/Android). This flexibility empowers employees to manage their attendance efficiently while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

• Can you share some insights into your market positioning and primary focus for this year?

We are positioned as a forward-thinking provider of high-quality Biometric and Electronic Security Solutions catering to diverse industries. In 2025, our market focus will continue to center on delivering Integrated Security Systems, Hi-Tech Access Control Solutions, Smart Office as well as Smart Home Products and so on. By addressing industry-specific requirements, we aim to enhance operational efficiency and provide seamless user experiences.

As a pioneer in Biometric Technology, we also have redefined residential security with our Multi-Biometric Authentication terminals featuring SIP Video Intercom Compatibility, making it the first of its kind in the industry. This advanced system is designed to provide seamless and secure visitor management for residential apartments and villas, enabling residents to confirm visitors with ease and confidence, you can get access control, manage visitors and even have a 2-way audio communication. By incorporating SIP Video Intercom functionality, the device facilitates 1-way video communication for heightened security via our Video Intercom Indoor Monitor (VT07-B01), adding an invaluable layer of security for the residential community. Additionally, the terminal’s capability to register attendance for on-site staff such as security guards and housekeeping personnel facilitates maintaining accurate and reliable records.

This innovation presents a new era of integrated security, uniting cutting-edge technology with practical functionality to enhance residential security and operational efficiency. In addition, our Multi-Biometric Access Control Terminal with SIP Video Intercom Compatibility, for instance the F09 offers facial recognition, fingerprint scanning and card verification, allowing access only to authorized personnel or for attendance registration.  Except it goes beyond just access control or attendance. It fully improves the interaction between visitors and user as well as security personnel. Hence, improves security of premises alongside managing visitors effectively.

In the event of emergencies, such as a fire, our controllers initiate automatic unlocking of doors, ensuring staff members or customers exit safely and efficiently. Apart from these, we do have SUS304 Compliance and our X-Ray Baggage Scanners are AERB certified.
