Future Plans:
We have our plans in place to expand our security portfolio with state of the art technology driven products which would provide maximum results with minimum effort.

Our Latest and Future Products:
(a) Soon Launching the only ROV in the world with a secondary small ROV to be deployed in creviced and Difficult terrain. Our plans to launch it in 2020 have been delayed due to COVID. This is the only ROV with all terrain deployment option enabling the handler to respond to aII kinds of threats effectively.

(b) TR15 We have recently launched a portable midsized Cabinet Scanner from UK to be deployed in the second/ third tier of security. This system has been installed in the Singapore Consulate Mumbai.

This equipment has the potential to revolutionize the security environment amongst multi storey buildings, Hotels, Government offices and other targets. The portability saves times, money over other cumbersome options and offers quick response to a number of unsavory situations.

(c) Total Containment Vehicle (TCV) for quietly removing an IED from a crowded place to prevent collateral damage and loss of lives. The under threat building can continue to work as usual with the IED containerized and removed away. Deployable at airports, large office complexes and public gatherings etc.

Innovations and Trends:
We are considering bringing a software based technology to India which would help us identify and prevent a potential COVID situation by applying Facial Recognition Technology in the surveillance system at places like airports and railway stations etc. The software identifies an infected person from the existing database and transmits it through the camera grid to the enforcement agencies. This would effectively help in containing and restricting the spread of the Virus.

Our Commitments towards Make in India:
We have designed and indigenously manufactured COFDM based Live Video (LV) Kit for the Bomb Suit imported from Canada. The LV Kit rivals even the best available across the world, sends uninterrupted video signals in High Definition (HD) even in the most congested urban built up areas. We have also designed the communication system of the Bomb Suit with all its accessories providing Command Post voice link to the Bomb Technician.

Manufacturing Debut:
We have recently commenced manufacturing Electronic Stethoscope and Live Video Kits besides communication accessories for the Bomb Suit and security solutions as above.

Our Response to COVID 19 Challenges:
Having installed Bomb Suits in nearly 60 airports across India we are bound by three years of warranty commitments.

It is difficult to send our engineers during COVID times to physically attend to the faults and repair them. We have resorted to video conferencing and have been tutoring the users to conduct repairs and even change parts in some cases.

This has greatly saved time besides giving confidence to the user to handle first tier repairs. The lessons that we learn from the pandemic is that we can have a no contact interaction with our customer most of the times saving time and effort. It also imparts hands on training to the handler.
