Books purchased once will not be returned, no refund will be applicable. We do not replace or exchange the books that have been purchased. Customers are requested to accept the conditions placed by us before buying our magazine directories. Refunds will not be provided for any subscription. We do not provide Credit, Refunds or Prorated Billing for Subscriptions that are cancelled.
