Representation of women in the construction industry has been on the rise, but challenges persist. Many women face challenges in accessing the industry, including a lack of access to training, low pay, and sexism. Despite these challenges, women continue to play an important role in construction. There are some basic challenges which women faces for example lack of toilets on construction site which I personally faced lots of times. As construction field is male dominating since ages it became challenging for any women to make her unique identity. Every time woman have to prove her skill, ability and knowledge towards any subject. Due multiple challenges count of woman in this field is less.

As a part of Fire and safety associations we are encouraging a lots of women to enter in this industry by arranging multiple programs.

As per the global survey it is observed that Women make up a significant portion of the construction workforce. In 2015, women accounted for 47% of all construction workers. This represents a significant increase from 2000, when women accounted for 32% of the construction workforce. challenges persist, including a lack of access to training and a lack of equally qualified jobs.

One way that women have been able to overcome challenges in the industry is by collaborating. In 2015, women participated in 39% of all onstruction projects in which a partner was partner was identified.
